Re-Igniting Your
Relationship by Reclaiming Personal Power |
-
Have you
sacrificed your sense of self to make your relationship work?
-
Do you belong to 1 out
of every 5 married couples who have sex less than 10 times per year?
-
Do you have trouble achieving
personal goals and realizing your true potential?
To reignite passion, you must first
strengthen and refine your self-identity. Authentic
individuality, fearless self-confidence—these are the foundation for
true intimacy. To actualize the self, and enhance your romantic
relationship, you must let go learned habits of helplessness and
realize the following principles:
Redefining Personal Space—Most
individuals define personal space through unconscious, self-defeating
patterns of avoidance. This seminar will teach participants to
create more confident, effective personal boundaries through intentional, self-empowering
strategies.
Escaping the Parent Trap—Early
experience plays a crucial formative role in the expression of adult
personality. Most individuals unknowingly "act out" patterns of
thinking, feeling and doing learned in childhood—even when these
patterns limit the realization of their life and relationship goals.
Seminar attendees will learn simple, powerful techniques for
recognizing and working through these restrictive habits.
Breaking the Rules—Society
can run smoothly only by restricting the individual's expression of
sexual desire and aggressive urges. Most individuals
"over-learn" these so-called rules, however, relentlessly punishing
themselves with guilt and anxiety. Participants will learn to
reclaim their sense of spontaneity and personal freedom by
reconnecting to these deeply repressed aspects of adult personality.
