Overcoming Low Sexual
Desire, Lackluster Sex and Other Common Feminine Issues |
-
Do you feel that
your relative lack of sexual desire creates conflict in your
relationship?
-
Do you belong to 1 out
of every 5 married couples who have sex less than 10 times per year?
-
Do you have trouble
enjoying sex and feeling satisfied in physical intimacy?
To energize sexuality, you must first
strengthen and refine your self-identity. Authentic
individuality, fearless self-confidence—these are the foundation for
truly passionate intimacy. To actualize the self, and re-ignite your romantic
relationship, you must let go the following learned habits of helplessness:
Persistent Power Struggle—Most
individuals unconsciously struggle to define themselves within their
intimate relationships, often by defending seemingly arbitrary
boundaries. The same feelings of resentment that give rise to
heated arguments about household chores and finances, however, often
lead to sexual withholding and withdrawal. This
presentation teaches women to recognize these unconscious patterns of
struggle, and to replace them with more skillful, authentically
powerful means of defining themselves and strengthening their personal
boundaries.
Playing the Blame Game—When
individuals feel dissatisfied with sexual or romantic aspects of their
relationship, it is human nature to blame someone else for such
disappointment and frustration. Women often feel that if only
their partner were more attentive, sensitive and romantic, their
relationships would become much more passionate. Attendees will
learn that they are responsible for their own happiness, and that they
already possess all the tools they need to transform their own lives
and relationships.
Reclaiming Personal Power—When
you act unconsciously, you unknowingly diminish your own potential and
positive momentum. Without self-awareness, your life appears to
be a series of incidents and circumstances which are largely outside
of your own control. This presentation teaches women to
illuminate their daily lives with enhanced self-awareness, confidently
actualizing goals and desires.
